Both. They caught some of the people that started the fires and right now have a $250,000. reward for the capture of one that was seen driving a white Ford Ranger 1-150 truck. If I knew who that fella was, you can be sure I'd turn him in. 7 people have died and people have lost their homes and all of their possessions.

And the "Natural" causes aren't truly "natural"... those fires were typically started by power-lines arcing under the high Santa Ana winds.
Southern California RARELY gets thunderstorms producing lightning... and certainly NOT during a Santa Ana period.
