The second answer is correct. You simply create another album by going here:

Once you create it, click it's thumbnail to go inside. You will see a row of option buttons, & Options is the one you want to click. A window will then pop asking what privacy setting you want. Click Private, & put your default pic in that album. That way, only you will have access to the image in your albums, but can still set it as your default picture.

Up load the the pic and create a new album as Private and you can go from there!

♥ You'll have to upload the pic into one of your albums and set it as default... sorry thats the only way! :-)
