A few years ago, When I was married, I had the same issue with (now my ex-wife), I suspected that she was having a chat room romance but couldn't prove it. So, I purchased a computer program called E-BLASTER. I printed all of her online profiles and e-mails she had stored and went to divorce court with this ammo. Do a web search for this company. The program is a CD disc you install in any computer and it will record all key strokes used and all instant messenger programs used on that PC and email the results to you. Plus, you can also expand into other areas as well, such as any documents that are read or composed on that PC. I caught her cheating on me and that was IT ! The program was about $ 100 bucks a few years ago, now I understand it's a complete suite for around 150. It's also a great program to use if you have teenagers using the PC to track, what's going on in ther world.

The best solution would be to talk to her about it, tell her about your insecurities and find out from her the truth, or let her know that you know something is up and you're making an effort to deal with it.
The not so good solution is helping you find out the wrong way how to deal with this issue; spying on her for example.
Reserach Keyloggers, there are plenty online that will log keystrokes and tell you what she does/types while online.
I do suggest however to talk to her.

x-wife cheating ~~~~~hands in the air~~~~~ She's not cheating on you if she is your x, so if she's cheating on someone else that's her & his problem. Why do you care? Life's to short, let it go man. What goes around comes around. Just sit back and watch ya know? Get on with life, never mind her.
