Those little cans of nutritional ensure suppliments. People tell me there nasty, and i dont think there actually supposed to taste good, but i love them. I seriously think that they put some kind of addictive substance in it, or some chemical that my body finds addictive but not other people's, because i just have to have them. I have very good self control when it comes to eating but with those things... i just keep drinking them till there gone, i always end up with a stomach ache from drinking so many at a time. I just cant control myself.

LOL, ewww girl! Well, I dont think anyone would find it nasty, but my Dad and his wife are Moroccan so alot of the food is mad spicy. I took a friend over and he almost fainted from a dish that she made. Tasted fine to me! Sorry!
