Aloe Vera gel....works great!!! It helps heal really quick. Make sure the wound is clean too.

A wound will heal in it's own time, the important thing is to prevent infection during the time it is healing, the best way to do this is to clean it with soap and water, apply neosporin, and cover it with a bandage, change the bandage daily until the wound is completely healed.

You need time to allow it to heal properly and using something like Neosporin
