Do you know a cheap but clean/decent lodging near historical sites and/or the Chocolate Hills in Bohol?

I also think of learning how to scuba dive while in Bohol. So, if there is one resort/hotel/inn that is affordable, clean, with nice/kind staff and that includes scuba diving lessons for beginners, please advise. Thanks!

In Carmen and in Sagbayan, closest to the Chocolate Hills. See attached:

try citadel alona. it's in the panglao area (where the beach is beautiful) it's definitely affordable and clean. the staff's very accomodating too. i'm not sure 'though if they offer scuba lessons. But the people there would be more than willing to help you look for diving schools for a good rate. they contacted someone for me too when i wanted to go around bohol (like chocolates hills, loboc river, etc)

go to panglao. there's this beach resort that my sisters friend owns it's called dumaluan beach resort. there's another one but it's somewhat in the city of tagbilaran it's called Bohol Tropics my uncle owns it :D

try pangloa island thats good but pricey , depends were u wish to be meny ladges about try baclayon nice village try asking in roses bbq bar ask for maria she might be able to advise as she knows all that gos on
