Sounds like giving an ok over the phone or internet for work billable work to be performed. Example( you drop off your car to get it checked out ...Mechanic cant do repairs till he has your ok so he calls you up and tells you what the problem is
you say go ahead and fix it .....he wont tell you to come down and write up a service contract to have you sign he will just make a note on the service contract that you agreed to terms over the phone
