Oh, yes, that would be delightful!!! Let's see...hmmm....start with Neapolitan, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (my favorite flavor), any of the sherbets (can I count those?), plain vanilla bathed in chocolate syrup with whip cream & a cherry on top...oh my, I am so hungry for ice cream right now!!!! :o) I could just go on with this list!! What a Happy Monday that would make! Good idea! Let's start today!! :o)

I suppose I just might.....I was going to say I might like a little more variety from week to week....but right now, I often like to head to my favourite French restaurant in town for lunch on a Monday....and I usually choose the same thing....so....not much variety in that pattern! lol
As for ice cream flavours, I am quite partial to chocolate, strawberry or mint chocolate chip.

Yes!! That'll be fun. My flavors are Superman, Cookies and Cream, Butter Pecan, Birthday Cake, Snickers, and Turtle Tracks to name a few!

I would not have ice cream for lunch any day of the week; that would be crazy. I would, however, settle for a hot fudge frozen yogurt as a lunch dessert.
