That whole prison storyline is unrealistic. She recieves phone calls and all her calls are unmonitered. She gets to leave prison and is virtually unmonitered once she leaves. She is in jail for christ sakes not a half way house. As an inmate there should be at least one guard with her at all times. I would like to see Phyliss suffer as much as the next person but I am sick of seeing her in jail. Enough is enough, especially if they are not going to make it realistic.

I have no clue as to how many visitors she can have. I thought after she was done during the day at Newman enterprises. I thought she goes back to the prison at night and she starts the next day the same way. I thought when she entered the strict release program that she was working during the day and go back to jail at night. Maybe i misinterpreted that.

Well, I think while she was in prison it was linient (too many visitors) but work release is not usually back to prison each night, it is usually to a building where others live who are in a similar program, AND you have to pay a subsistence to be there, it is not on the state's shoulders.

Extremely lenient!
No way in real life would she get away with half the stuff she does.
Especially all the personal phone calls she makes every day, both while she's in jail and out for the work release program.
Geez, you would think her last name must be Newman or something! LOL

That's good ole soap world for ya! I think they should have at least tried to be a little more realistic with the story.

It's Soap Opera Land...which means it's only semi-realistic.

yeah....I agree with u....I dont think you are allowed to see your family unless you are at work and you are not suppose to get to go home....the phone calls she gets to make at the prison are very lenient...

where I work at, there are a few on work release that come in and go home to their cell, not to their home. That would not be work release...
