I am over 40 and raising two of my seven grandchildren. There are days I feel younger than my age and other days when I feel much, much older.

My mind feels like it is still 10-14 years old, still in the wonder years, curiosity and questions bubble to the top faster than a 5 year old can ask questions. Everything in the world still amazes me. Today I am going to the library and grocery store and even that excites me. I'm serious.

Now physically I feel about 35, still ride my bike, would still roller skate if there was a rink around.

I'm 66

An you enjoy things better than you did in your 20's and you appreciate everything and everyone a great deal more.

NO. I was quite stupid, naive and immature at that age although I was unaware of it at the time.
At 53 I CAN honestly say that I still know how to enjoy myself just as well as I did at the age of 21, but am more responsible about my methods.
As a part-time DJ, I'm presently enjoying my life far more in many different ways than I did in my youth.

Absolutely! I am very young at heart, I refuse to grow up! I'm 44 but mentally I feel about 21 to 25.

Definitely a lot younger in my head than I am in body but it would be going too far to say 21 - add another 10 years on and that would be about right!!

When I was in my mid-forties I decided I was going to start taking better care of myself ... exercising and eating right. This resulted in my getting in better shape in every way at 47 than I was at 21. (And I was in pretty good shape at 21.)

No. I'm actually in better physical condition now than I was at 21.

I'm 45, and feel about 28.

Calendars were created solely for farmers to know when to plant and harvest. Simple as that.

I find it interesting [and ultimately sad] that people always bemoan their birthdays with expressions like, "Oh, I'm another year older!" How limiting.
