No, but no one really has yet. They have proven that they are one of the best teams. Many good teams have lost big games and have been really inconsistent. If OSU defeats Wisconsin and Michigan then they will have deserved to be #1 and play in the championship team.
Who knows what will happen. One of the reasons I love college football is bc you never know whats going to happen as this season has proven. You cant bet on a bunch of kids being consistent.

No they haven't. But then again neither has anybody else. I don't see a clear choice for #1 right now. I'd put Ohio St in the top 5 with LSU, Oregon, Oklahoma and Boston College. With Arizona St, Missouri, and Kansas close behind

Not yet and I doubt they will this year. Penn State can hardly be considered a tough team. However, the fact that Ohio State dominated them proved to me that they are at least top 20 material. Other than that, they are no1 by default.

Yeah because the Big 10 plays really good football only at a lot slower speed.
I'm hoping that Ohio State wins out and then plays a good team so they can expose the BCS again for the fraud that it is.

After this week it was the first time I truly believe they deserved it. They looked awfully good against a very tough Penn State team at one of the toughest places to play.

Is that possible? I dont think with our schedule this year we will ever be able to prove we are number one...unless we make it to the BCS championship game and actually win......The beat down we gave PSU should and has given us some respect, but do not think everyone is on board......
USC? the best?? kinda hard to make the championship game with 2 losses already? Fight on you turd.......
