I doubt it. Those things have only a very temporary effect at best for mice and rats. Even though bats do have more sensitive hearing in the ultr- sound range I doubt you are going to bother them that much.

bats can't see, they rely on hyper frequencies to move around (like a radar)
so most definitely they will be scared to death with your high frequency device.
