the name escapes me just now, but the zoo in Omaha Nebraska is absolutely amazing.

Before I went to Germany, my favorite zoo was the San Diego zoo because of how gorgeous it is, but after going to Germany, I have to say that my favorite zoo is the Berlin zoo, and that is because the animals are viewable from both outside if it is a nice day, and inside if they are resting. You can get so close to the lions that they actually warn you to stay behind a certain line so you don't get sprayed...eeewww! The monkey exhibit is also hilarious.

Well kind of cliche, but I love and adore The San Diego Zoo. It is just so amazing. And I love the fact that the animals are not forced to be on display!
Also in that vein, I love the San Diego Wild Animal Park. It is huge and just an amazing experience.
East Coast, I would say I love Disney's Animal Kingdom. You have a strong conservation message, amazing winding trails that allow you to feel like you are discovering the animals yourself, and a safari that gets you up close and personal with them all! I love it!

i live in new york and i like the zoo in the bronx. also, i liked the smithsonian zoo in washington, D.C.=]
they have a lot of cute animals and its big!
