i seriously doubt he is teling the truth...are you sure he didnt go by CM, cause that would be just under 5 inches, which would sound more like it at 13. idk what the percentage of men with a foot long penis is, but it is prob under 1% of men in the world, so at 13, I seriouly DOUBT that is the truth...like I said, 12 CM, I can believe, not inches...FYI, the average GROWN ADULT, not kid, when erect is anywhere between 5 and 7 inches long.
