i have been placed in newgen( us based co.) and infosys.. which is a better software company to join? and why?

guys please share your experiences as well if any.. looking for your guidance.

I would pick Infosys because it's been around a long time, it's tried and tested. Where I live (Asia), we've all heard of Infosys but no one ever hears or reads or talks about Newgen.
