I am a recovering addict with 18 months clean time. It is difficult in my situation, in the small town I live in, to meet guys with any substantial amount of clean time. Those who have really turned their lives around. The pickins are slim here.

I don't know what size the town is that you live in, but if there are AA or NA meetings in your town, or in a town close by, it might be a place to meet new friends.

Congratulations on your sobriety , I wish you the best of luck
on your daily efforts in recovering from all the addictions that
can in prison all who lose their way. However I do not know of
any dating service for people in recovery, but may I suggest
meeting some one that has never had to recover. you may like that better ,

is it really necessary to base your relationship on the fact that you have had addiction in the past? that seems ridiculous. perhaps you should meet "mr right" and then let him know.

and congratulations....a year and a half is a hell of alot of clean time. keep it up

I know all about recovery and a big part of it is to focus on yourself, NOT relationships, just make sure your ready.
