Question

A)do you have any recepies for cooking in the kitchen ??
B)any hints on how to get a hammer or tools(i need iron)??
C)any hints to get me through the caves(i cant beat the first one!!)
D)do the monsters stay in the cave after i have defeated the cave??(or should i stock up on monsters now)
E)where can i get monsters that lay eggs,give milk and have wool??
F)any other hints would be very helpful

Ok, in order.
1) http://www.gamefaqs.com should have a listing of the recipes. If not, there will be a fan site out there that does. I do recommend getting the books though, because they'll show you your success rate with each recipe. Remember if cooking fails, you lose the ingredients and get junk!

B) To actually get the hammer, you need to go into the first cave to till and plant some fields. I think it is 6 3X3 cubes, which have to be tiled and planted. After that, the blacksmith will give you a hammer if you talk to him. You then use the hammer on rocks in caves to get the material for upgrades. The blacksmith also handles upgrades, for the first three levels least.

C) Several. Gain a few levels, which expands your HP and lets you last longer. Grow crops, when a crop is ready to harvest, a white orb will appear that restores RP. If you don't harvest that batch of crops, the white orb will come back every day. Use Restore, it's a spell that cures bad status conditions and gives 80 hit points. You can eat food from the bar to restore RP, which is needed to cast the spell. You can also eat the grass and bamboo that grows in your field and in dungeons. Make sure to fill your bottles with healing potion from the doctor!

D) Monster generators respawn EVERY time you enter a cave, even after the boss is defeated. The only exception is if you use the sleeping bag to stay in the cave overnight, the generators do not respawn then.

E) Eggs and Milk come from two different white monsters in the fourth cave. Wool comes from a lamb which is hidden in the second cave, reachable only with the hammer. You can also get honey from the bees in the first cave. Unlike other HM games, each of these animals can only be harvested ONCE a week.

F) Unlike other HM games, you can stand on sprouted crops. Till all your fields into 3x3, nine space squares. You don't have to leave off a space to water the middle plant. When you attack a monster that is starting to attack you, you interrupt the attack. Hit-and-run with a one-handed sword is the easiest means to deal with normal enemies. Make sure to collect all the tools, they are important. Talk to the peddler outside the park every Holiday, some of the items he sells are almost required to do well, especially the fridge and the shelf.
