I tend to give people the benefit of the "doubt" so though at first I think I have been screwed they can usually explain themselves out of it. So I really can't recall the "last time" for certain.

Not by a friend...on Ebay for a rediculous shipping charge for a gift card. I wasn't attentive enough.
