No I only give thumbs up to good answers .... I stopped long ago giving thumbs down ... because there are enough people out there who are anxious to do that.

I usually give a thumbs-up to people who answer my questions....regardless of whether the "thumbs down fairy" is in attendance....unless the answer is off-topic or abusive.
