To be honest, both are not necessarily the pinnacle of World War II first person shooter games and your probably better off picking up one of the Call of Duty games on the PC or Xbox 360 because they are the main entries in the franchise and are developed by a team with a higher budget and more ideas to work with. The spinoffs such as Finest Hour and Big Red One are Call of Duty games in name only and run off an entirely different gameplay engine and are only halfway decent.

If you were to pick one it all boils down to the price. I was able to find Call of Duty: Finest Hour for $5 in a bargain bin at CompUSA and since both titles are more or less identical gameplay wise, its better to pick the cheaper one. But if they are both at the same price, you might as well get the newer Big Red One.

Neither, both are let downs to the COD series, but to be fair they were not made by Activision. COD1,2,4 are the ones to get, 4 come out Nov 5th, and it is "Game of the Year" worthy
