If yes, what would be the first thing you'd have done?

Tummy tuck to get rid of the appaling stretch marks I have. Am saving for it having thought about it long and hard over several years. Its stopping me getting on with my life and forming a close relationship - and I know it shouldnt matter to a prospective partner, but it prevents me from getting close to anyone!

However, its probably the biggest cosmetic surgery procedure there is - and I have researched it very thoroughly - the prospect still scares me! But not as much as my desire to get enough self confidence to have another relationship (my ex said some pretty horrible things - which was mean, but has left its pschological scars, and it cant be undone any other way - believe me, ive tried!)

No because I am comfortable in my own skin.If God wanted us all to look a certain way then we would look that way naturally.I never understood why back in the early 90s most women wanted to look like Pam Anderson so they would bleach their hair and get breast implants when in reality they looked alot better before. Why would anyone want to look exactly like another person. We are all unique and special in our own ways. And when we do things to change our appearences we lose our identities.Look at Micheal Jackson.Plastic surgery is addictive. And people look completely fake after they have it.We all look better naturally.Britney Spears recently got lip injections and now I cant tell the difference between her and Angelina Jolie.Except Angelinas still way better looking.Anyways Im 100% Happy with the way I look and wouldnt change a thing.

Only so that I would not be recognized, looks good or bad are deceiving and I am tired of being judged by the blessings of good looks. I want to be able to walk around my own home town, even approach old friends, I have had to forsake. This is a confusing answer. I'll leave it up to you to figure it out. I read your question and thought how that would change everything, I am not trying to be vain, it's the opposite. I know, weird, so what?

I would get a breast augmentation. That's probably the only plastic surgery I would ever get. My chest is small, however, it doesn't bug me but what I do find awkward, is that I have a huge butt and no boobs. I look unbalanced.

I am not fat, and my butt is shapely but I have a totally flat chest. I have never even grown out of an A cup.

No i wouldnt. There are lots of parts on me that i am not 100% with but its nothing that a it of extra exercise cant sort out. I think if people go and have surgery they will only find something else that needs doing and it would be a never ending thing for some.

Twice i was offered free implants from two implant companies, as I used to work for a plastic surgeon. Both times I declined. But, I did have a free tummy tuck!

The answer depends on two factors.
1. Is there something you "really" need corrected?
2. Do the risks outweigh the benefits?

I have a relative who had cosmetic surgery and it turned out to be a disaster. The scars that were left could not be corrected.

No, I'm happy with my body. If you would have asked me like a few yrs ago my answer might have been different.

IF my answer was yes though, I' have to make sure the doc was quialifed.

no I wouldn't. Who knows what the long term effects are....and how long it actually lasts for. You could end up looking like a circus freak in a few years. Be happy with who you are.

Absolutely not! I think I was meant to be the way I am. Plus my hubby would be devastated if I got any thing smaller (like my butt and thighs) he's an *** man.
