Just those sunny days where you can't help but smile and admire the beauty of the world make up for all those bad times.

Life is worth living because I made it past the time when I did not feel that way. I had terrible physical pain and thought for the three years of agony I would be better off with out life. But after managing the pain I am living to see so many great things life has to offer every day. I have seen my child grow up to be a wonderful young lady, I have even married less than three months ago after being divorced for over ten years. It is always darkest before the dawn. Talk to someone to try to feel better, if you can't talk to someone write a journal. and take it one day at a time.

GOOD LUCK!

Well at the moment I would have to say my mom, my sister, my niece, & my boyfriend. make my life worth living. I would be lost without them. And yes there has been times when I felt like life wasn't worth living anymore when my father passed away 09.08.06. It was bad but without those 4 above, I don't know where I would be. O=)

Of course. I think everyone has felt that way. I live life because of my girlfriend. I really have nothing else to live for. I have not seen my disabled mom for over a year, and I just moved to a new town in a new state and all my friends are in Chattanooga. I'm having to be homeschooled till January. I am 16 and still don't have my permit, my dad does not have a job, and I only get to see my girlfriend who lives in Chattanooga every 4 weeks. She is the only reason why I am alive.

Family, relatives, close friends, helping someone poorer or more disadvantaged than me, volunteer in community work, travelling, enjoy simple eating and drinking, minimum of addictions.
Life is certainly worth living as the world is full of opportunities; the trick is to open your heart outwards, be positive and seek the little treasures that it offers, day to day. Do not compare your lot with others much better than yours because they will also have their own kind of problems or lack something that you don't. If you had fallen and bruised yourself, just get up, grit your teeth and carry on with greater will.Your determination to carry on living will make life worth living.
Wish you better things in the months and years to come!

No, because unless you are a close minded person life has so many things to offer , I'm only 24 years old and I have a sh** load of things I look forward to doing, birthing a child, going out the unites states, If you have to question yourself about that you need to sit down and rethink you issues, some people beg for a HEALTHY life.

My three granddaughters make life worth living and before that my kids. I have sometimes felt like life was a cruel joke but it has always been worth it.

I have felt negative towards life many times. I think every one (who is honest) feels this way at some time or other. it depends on hormones, home life, relationship, work all sorts of things. I became a grand mother for the first time in September & it's this new era of my life that keeps me positive. I just think about my grand son & that makes me feel positive :-))

well i have been trough tough periods.... but then i saw my little sister (she`s 2 years old). She was laughing and she said: "Look, a flower".... she was so impressed by this flower! I couldn`t understand it first, but then i remembered that in the past 2 years i have neglected all the small but beautiful things around me.... i suddenly realized that life is worth living, it`s worth living if you are optimistic and never forget that you can also be happy, you only need to find something that makes you happy. and around you there are so many such things......
So, i think my life is worth living because of my sister, because of that flower, because of the blue sky, because of all the little things around................................
