I can't find any good exercises to do for my shoulder...
Everything seems to make it hurt more,
like when I run,it really stings.

When I lift any weights more than 5 pounds,it also stings and makes it really painful to lift things.
Are there any good exercises to build up my shoulder?

Thanks! ^_^

If you are experiencing pain, there is no way to recommend proper exercises without knowing what is causing the pain - a doc needs to see what type of tissues are involved, where the pain is located, the type of motion that causes the pain, look for signs of inflammation, and if there are signs of cartilage or bone damage. Usually an x-ray or MRI is needed.

In general, when exercise causes pain, you need to stop strenuous exercise until you eliminate the cause of the pain. Usually, this means stretching exercises only, or maybe even surgery if your joint is damaged. If this is important to you, you could get an appointment with your doc for an evaluation. If there is no damage to your shoulder, you can ask the doc to write an order for a visit to a physical therapist, who will show you what needs to be done for your particular problem.

The links show a few things you can try, but don't do anything that hurts!
