It's not the greatest bit of painting I've ever beheld, but it hardly falls to the level of "eeeeeeeew".
If it's the pregnant belly that bothers you, you need to get over it. Otherwise you might faint dead away if you unexpectedly come across an ancient fertility figure in a museum.

Remind me not to invite you to my body painting parties. If the sight of a belly button evokes a "Eeeeeeeew" reaction, I shudder what you would think about art emantationg from OTHER orifices.
Take a close look at someone's ear. It is not a particularly attractive piece of one's anatomy. And most of us blithely walk around with our ears out for anyone to see!
