Some guys (and girls) try to hide it and others don't. For those guys who try to hide it, it frequently is a matter of pride or strength.
I know a guy who had an incredibly high pain tolerance but he was so ticklish that he would crumble into a flailing ball of laughter.
As for me, I love to be tickled by ladies so I don't try to hide it at all.

I have to agree. They don't want to expose anything that could be a weakness. Or perhaps by denying it, they know you'll investigate further. I am incapable of hiding it at all. Lucky me.
