i would say from 12-15 hours a day. i work with a computer all day at work, then go home and check my e-mails and personal sites, then watch "my shows", then play video games. i think my vision is starting to blur from it, but other than that. i think im fine.

I work in an office so I spend at least 6-7 of those hours looking at a computer screen. At home, we might watch 1-2 hours of TV. I know that looking at a computer for so many years has effected my eye sight. I can't see things far away very well anymore.
