ive had a vascetomy a week ago for three days i took it easy most of the time..now up and moving around better but with pian, soreness or something.. should i still use ice pack, is this normal.. plus, it dont help when everyone else says, they were fine and back to normal the next day..

What you ar4e experiencing is NORMAL. Do what you need to handle the pain whether it be ice and/or Tylenol etc. I had mine on a Friday and was back at work(office) on Monday. I still felt like I had a 3lb weight attached to my scrotum for at least a week. There were times I just HAD to sit down and put my feet up (which helped).
If you have severe pain or swelling (important) you really do need to contact your Dr.

I got mine on Thursday. I was fine all weekend. Today, after I went back to work it started hurting.
I did something dumb. I have a custom Ford pickup with 18" rims, so I have a bit of a "step" to get in and out of it. Well, I stepped out a little hard when I got to work this morning. I pulled on my groin a little. Yes, it hurt.
I have been taking Tylenol. I called the Dr office and asked for something stronger. I am going to pick it up at lunch time.
I don't think you need the ice pack a week later.

Mine took me three weeks to get something like pain free,just take your time and take NO notice of those "MACHO"men,they talk a load of C%^p.

Better call your doc, sounds like maybe he left something in there. I was good to go that afternoon.

Call your doctor and ask him. You really should be fine and back to normal by now.
