Tut tut!

If using Internet Explorer go into Tools>Internet Options then delete files and delete cookies, clear history. You may also want to go into the content tab and change your auto complete options.

As above, won't completely clear your history but will go some way - depends on how good your network administrator is.

Easiest way to do that would be to reformat the hard drive. But if its a work computer, all of where you've been has been recorded. The most you can do is clear out your internet history and do a disk cleanup. But a Network Administrators first priority is server tracking.

to remove everything in basic way it has been told above but there are some hidden folders that keep some informations and u can remove it only manually. If i got on your computer after even a good basic clean up i still would be able to get many informations of your work but that's for advanced people

If you want to wipe out your hard drive completely then use a program called kill disk that wipes your hard drive with zeros.
