My computer boots up normally and then goes for approximately 10/15 mins (if i am lucky). The case fan and CPU fan both turm off and the cpu gets hotter. Eventually the computer just turns off presumably because its too hot, does anyone know why and how to fix it? I have replaced the fans and PSU already but neither have any effect.

It is a desktop computer not laptop, the bios does not seem to have any options available apart from on or off, so may update bios.

Check for a temp feature in your bios and change the settings to match your cpu : some boards also have a cool and quiet feature , disable it or uninstall it ! If it was already uninstalled reinstall ( its registry path has most likely been corrupted) I had that trouble with an asus board after using reg cleaners and defrag programs.

Could be a problem with the motherboard...try updating the BIOS if there is a newer version. Also, try replacing the thermal paste between the CPU and heatsink.
