I used to always get caught. It was like m y parents had ESP or something. Because of the black belt punishment, and 45 years later, I hardley ever get caught. I'm either a better person or just learned how to be slick!

Way, way back there when I was a wild young teenager I did many things that I shouldn't have done. I got away with my mischief about half the time. The times I got caught I was punished severely but that didn't slow me down much.

I'm older and much wiser now. Haven't done anything real bad in years but I still like practical jokes. No one suspects me so I get away with it. I had half the employees of the big institution where I worked very upset with our Human Resources department. I sneakily distributed some very convincing Bathroom Use Policy flyers to all departments. Everyone was calling HR and howling about invasion of privacy," who approved this policy," etc., etc. Created quite a stir and never did get caught.

When I was in my teen years I was a very good liar and got away with a lot of things. I also got blamed for a lot of things that my youngest sister did. I was the oldest, I was supposed to be a good example. As I got older I started getting caught in my lies. I gave it up. I am now a very truthful person and I'm too afraid that I would lie about something and it would come back and bite me in the behind. Little white lies don't count .... do they?

I was a good kid...hardly ever did anything to be ashamed of, or that could be considered "wrong". I can probably count those incidents on the fingers of ONE hand! And yet I got more than my fair share of beatings from my psychotic father...all for imagined "wrongs".

I make VERY SURE that my grandsons are actually guilty of the things they will be punished for, although spanking is not part of the repertoire. A much better punishment, and one that hurts them to their very depths, is to take their video game time away for a week. Trust me, they make sure to NEVER repeat the mistake that got them in THAT much trouble!

I get caught each and every time I slightly veer off the straight and narrow. I mean seriously....someone could whiz by at 90 and the cop will pull me over for going 5 over the speed-limit. I get away with NOTHING......and always to fullest extent get punished.

Get away with almost everything. My parents thought i was the best kid, if they only knew. My poor kids tried to do things I did but because I had done it I knew their moves before they did it. them and their friends were shocked how I would always be on top of them. Anymore I don't do anything i need to hide but I am sure I could get away with most things now.

I suspect that, as a rule, I am one of those everyone else hates...I usually get away with what others end up in jail for! Perhaps it is my anglo face, my gray hair, whatever, but in life, I have been very lucky in this respect. But I have zero luck in cards or gambling..just as well, for if I had occasional luck in gambling, no telling what would have happened along the way. Goldwing.

I use to get the blame for some things I didn't do but what hurt more than the punishment was the fact that Mom and Dad believed I did it. Even after I left home I was blamed for something. My little sister would have these guys throw stones at her window so she would sneak out at night. One night my Dad heard them and confronted her. She told Dad that that they were looking for me and he believed her !!! I never ever snuck out!!!!!

I practically never got caught. The few times I did, I talked my way out of it. I am an only child and my Mom believed me before she would anyone else.
