My grandma sent me the game for my birthday but she sent me he italian version! Can anyone help me i speak english. Is there a patch i can use or something?

yeah no language option in the italian version i was hopin someone new of a patch or something

Did you by chance check the options tab? There may be a language change there. If worse comes to worse, contact Microsoft, explain your problem and see if they'll exchange the game for the US/UK version.
