I am mainly concerned because i "made" this PSU with a friend of mine which means i put my own silent fans instead of the default ones and cut what we did not need and added what there was a need for.

The thing is that after 1.5years my computer is starting to act up weird occasionally. It just freezes and I have to reset.
There is no set time on when it freezes, it just does whenever it feels like but never manages to stay on for more than 2 days.
Maybe its time to get a proper PSU?

The temps are quite cool.

The voltages are fine. If your computer is freezing, you will want to check your Event Viewer to see if anything goofy is listed there. Also, you might want to scan for viruses and spyware. Check your RAM with MemTest86 as well.

If your PSU has been working since you made it then it is unlikely that this is the cause of your problem, I advise a check on your Hard disk, download Drive Fitness Test and run the Advanced test. Note also check the Capacitors on your Motherboard, are they leaking or are they bulging
