Rabbits do not need treats if they have a well balanced diet, with pleanty of fruit and veg.
As for your question a rabbit is a rabbit and what one one can eat all the others can eat.

What's the treat? I'd first want to know that. Pretty much anything that is good for one rabbit should be good for another rabbit. However many treats that some consider good for rabbits aren't. So before I say yes, it is OK. I'd want to know what the treat is.

Generally speaking if it's good for a dwarf rabbit then it's good for a larger rabbit too. However, with treats you should make sure they don't contain too much sugar in them. Most small pet treats are loaded with sugar to make the animal like them but too much sugar can hurt them.

as long as it is a treat for a rabbit it will be fine. dwarf rabbits can and will eat the same as a "normal" rabbit and vice versa.

Rabbit is a Rabbit and there should'nt be any problem.
it is a gimmick the pet food producers use so that if you have different Rabbits you have to buy more of there products.

Should be fine! Maybe not as big of a treat as he would like...if it's meant for dwarf rabbits...(dwarf just refers to the size of the bunny!) they are smaller breeds...

If it said that it was fine then go ahead and give it to him. It should be fine. If you are really worried about it then check the ingredients and look them up on the internet, to see if they are able to eat those ingredients. Good luck!
