Well, I thought it either be Papelbon or Ellsbury, but I'm SO happy it was Lowell. My favorite player on the team, he has so much class and is so consistent. He was overlooked in the post season because he's been doing this all year. He's great, I hope they keep him.

Mike Lowell first of all ain't going nowhere. He'll get a generous two year deal. Second, his bat was most consistent throughout the playoffs. Mike might opt out of the two year deal he'll be offered for more bucks and more time elsewhere, like a 5 year deal.

No, it was because of Lowell's .400 BA and .800 slugging percentage in the Series.

Lowell is probably one of the most if not most under-rated players. He was very deserving of MVP. I hope we re-sign him.

Could have any of 3 players or so, tough one to call, but in the end I think they got it right.

Pappelbon defiantly got the job done. I wasn't surprised he didn't but I wouldn't have be surprised if he had. He was awesome.
