I was thinking about going to vegas this summer to meet my bf,
1. I was wondering if a week to stay there seemed like a good amount of time or not.
2. Is there anyway I can get a grey houd ticket and get on the bus in WItchita Kansas... or some where close like that, I can't drive, so I don't want to ask my parents to drive me to KC. and does the bus stop in las vegas anywhere near colman park on Daybreak Road?
3. How much might this all cost me?

Sorry that was long, but I've never ridden on a bus, or traveled by myself, so I really need help with this, I appreciate your answers

A week in Vegas might be a bit long, but if it includes your travel time you may need it.

You may be able to get a decent price on an airline ticket. Greyhound isn't exactly cheap and you spend a lot of time in the bus waiting at stops for other passengers..

From Greyhound's website it's about 165 bucks each way and over 30 hours travel time each way.

Additional info. Allegiant air flies direct from Witchita KS to Vegas. I do their flights only when I go to Vegas. I've included their link. Depending on when you go, you can get some really good deals on flights.

The Greyhound Bus only stops at the Bus Station in downtown Las Vegas. It is about four miles from where you are talking about wanting to go. You can take a taxi from the bus station or have your boyfriend pick you up.

If you are not 21 I would not suggest making this trip.

It sounds to me that you met this guy online and going to Las Vegas to see him for the first time.
My advise is to get your parents involved or a close adult friend or family member. Vegas is a big city and full of the good, the bad and the ugly. Mostly the BAD!
Ask yourself if this adventure is worth it and please don't show up months from now on a roadside billboard in Witchita.

1 week too long? The trip I do to LV in spring is 10 days. I have been doing 10 days for about 4 years. I mix leasure, gaming, entertainment and tours. I don't have to cram 2-3 activities in one day.

I then return in fall for 4-6 days.

The length of time is somewhat based on what activities you have planned.

No I don't spend 24/7 gaming.

As to cost, transportation to LV is the small cost. You haven't mentioned lodging and other plans that you have.

One week in Las Vegas is not too long. Lets you see places at a comfortable pace instead of running around crazy, there is lots to see in Vegas

It depends on your budget. If I were rich, I'd spend a month on the strip. If you can't afford to see a bunch of shows, one week should be enough.

Sounds like you might be too young to be taking a trip like that, especially if you've never MET your boyfriend. Sounds suspect to me!
