1st off, weed is not a drug, it's an erb!
i can't smoke right now cause i'm on probation but, i've smoked for the last 12 years of my life & i don't regret it at all!
if more people on this planet smoked weed, it would be a better place.
so my answer is NO!

Well yeah, 'cuz the Federal government made it illegal in the 30's.
Do I THINK it should be a criminal actl??? NO!!!
Why??? Because I have NEVER heard of anyone dying from it. (U.S. govt studies found that monkeys would fall into a diabetic type coma from low blood sugar, but did this before dying or O.D.-ing) Because I have never heard a rapist, murderer or violent criminal admit they got "stoned" and went on a crime spree (like coke, meth and pcp, etc have induced) It is a plant and consumed in it's true form. There are no chemical additives.
IT SHOULD BE REGULATED AND NOT ALLOWED FOR MINORS OR WHILE OPERATING A VEHICLE. There has to be some control. We don't want America de-motivated and with the "munchies" all at once.

Yes, only because the law says it is so. I wouldn't turn anyone in for it though. It is something I would like to become legalized in the sense that a Doctor should be able to prescribe it to patients.
It is a criminal act in my state, but there are 12 states in the US that it is legal and people who are in need can smoke and grow.

Since it is against the law, then yes it is a criminal act.
Whether it should be a criminal act, well that has been and will be a long debated issue, but dont expect it to change for a long time

it is not any longer criminal because it is commonplace, the variety of folk doing the crime and a lost idea that the intolerance of religion should be tolerated. Will it ever be seen a criminal act? we are able to in easy words desire, in spite of the indisputable fact that it would seem that humanity has some distance to bypass before it would want to implement one of those modern regulation

I don't consider it illegal, because it isn't illegal to smoke weed in any state that I know of. Posession is another story.

It's a lot safer than some things you could do, even legal things, but the government says it is, so I guess I consider it illeagal.
