Well, I don't want any thumbs down for this answer (!), but, we happen to be on DST right now -- it started back in April of this year. Now, if you want to know when DST ENDS, and we return to REGULAR TIME, that is November 4th, as most everybody else has said. (Spring FORWARD for DST, Fall BACK to get back to regular time).
HOWEVER, try telling that to my COMPUTER and VCR !!! They switched themselves back to regular time yesterday (last night) !!! They are/were programmed to take DST into consideration in April and October, so they don't believe it's another week yet for this year!
Don't believe me? Check yours. I was told it's because I have old ones (computers and VCRs. Who has VCRs anymore? I do, I do!) I guess the newer ones are programmed at the factory to extend the DST hours.

I remember it used to be just before Halloween, and always thought it a stupid time, then it was too dark for the little ones to trick or treat,so this yr I see its after, I believe its the early Sun AM of 11/04/07.
