It's a good, if somewhat indicative of your opinion, kind of question. I've been voting in every national, state and local election since I was 18 and am proud of both votes for Bush. Although far from perfect, he was, in my opinion, much better than the alternative candidates.

I think, to your point, some would be more inclined to vote more and some less inclined to vote. But voting is a privilege that many in this world don't enjoy and all non-voters should be aware that having the power to change your government is hardly universal.

I learned my lesson after not voting in the first Bush Election. Voted Democrat in the second and will never miss another election as long as I live.

I hope the Democrats learned their lesson in 2006.

I predicted that they would get nothing for their trouble by voting for Democrats but, I was WRONG.

They actually got less than nothing. As soon as the Democrats took over the majority in congress, they threw the whole thing in reverse.

Voting for a Democrat is clearly a negative yield.

My guess is that there is an equal number of non-voters who could say yes or no.
