What is the worst thing you have said about a friend behind his or her back ?

I want to know how much trouble you got into and is that person still you friend.

One thing a person doesn't do is talk about a friend behind his or her back. If the person is truly a friend you would have no reason to talk behind the back. If there is a problem it usually can be discussed with the friend. If not, it is no longer a friendship. I cannot remember a time when I berated a true friend.
