Crying about running up the score is a joke. This is the NFL, not little league. If you don't like the score, do something to stop them. And I am a Skins fan!
If I am on a team that is getting killed, the most embarrassing thing you can do to me is stop playing hard because you know you've got me beat. Your pity is way more embarrassing than a sound defeat.
And cheating? Please. Every team in the league pushes the limits of the rules to gain an advantage and the Pats got caught in a little insignificant move because cry baby Mangini knew exactly how to catch them, since he was part of the organization in recent past. The Patriots are proving to the world right now that they don't need any extra help to completely destroy every team in the league.
I am a Skins fan and my team took their whoopin with class. The Patriots, like it or not, are likely the best team in history!Period!

Yes...It was a home game and the fans come to see scoring....not a knee down. This is entertainment. Fans pay big bucks to come to the games. Other teams would do the same thing.
The rest of the league has been out to get the Pats for the last 5 years..

Hell no. It was also stupid to have starters playing in a game that was well over after the 3rd quarter.

Now the rest of the NFL will be out to get the Patriots.

hey now, if that game would have been played in london that whole running up the score thing would have went over well with the audience in the stands....but on a serious note, i dont mind it, flaunt it if you got it, why not showcase your talent..plus, its gotta have a slight psychological aspect to it, a few weeks from now noones gonna remember how the patriots ran up their score needlessly, all people are gonna know is the patriots destroyed washington, who was supposed to have a very good defense...stuff like that scares your opponents...

Is it really necessary for fans to whine about the Patriots for have some success after being the league "Patsies" for over 3 decades?

Is it really necessary to ask this question or a variant thereof 700 times today?

No it wasn't.
Belichick is a petty cheater who is mad because he got caught.
If you want to see a first class coach with morality, look at Tony Dungy.

I suppose. It's hard to say. I am sure there is a little bit of 'i told you so' attitude in this approach but more than anything its just Belicek being Belicek. No class.
