All the sudden within the last few weeks I have all kinds of bumps and pimples on my back and nowhere else really. I get the occasional pimple on my face, but this is just nasty! What do you recommend to clear this up?

Hormones, hormones, hormones. I broke out mostly early in my pregnancy, and now always during the second half of my cycle. Between ovulation and my period I have freakin' zits every-freakin'-where. UGH.

To clear it up? Not much you can do. You have to stop being pregnant. You have about three months to go, right? But your hormone levels may fluctuate, so it MIGHT go away on its own. And it might go away and come back. It's part of the fun and excitement of being pregnant.

Has anyone warned you about the big postpartum shed? When your baby is about 3-4 months old, all the hair you didn't shed during the pregnancy comes out. Boy is THAT fun. << shudder >>

I know exactly how you feel. My back is starting to break out along with my face. All I can reccomend is using the same face wash you use, for your back as well. This should be a little helpful.

Use an over the counter acne medication.
