Contact the embassy of the countries you are interested in.
As a nurse you have a job that is in high demand, so you should be able to find a job, and get the needed permits and visa to go to the countries and work.

But you need to do your own homework in this.
I have seen local hospitals hiring people from abroad, but I would not know how you can get into the system.
