I've had it with people talking on their cell phones while driving.
If you are going to use your phone, pull over and stop putting other inocent drivers, and other's in danger because their minds are somewhere else.
I've seen people fly through red lights while talking on the phone, stopped at a green light while they are talking and texting.
I still see 90% of people using them, without hands free devices.
And the text messaging bit while driving!!

Oh good lord, definitely. I agree with you 100%. Not only is it extremely annoying to get behind someone going 2km an hour while blabbing on their phone or watching their cars slowly veer left to right in their lane, it's just extremely hazardous. Anyone who says talking on phones while driving should be pushed into a cage of hungry fat guys. I've seen with my own eyes the harm it can do. I NEVER talk on my phone behind the wheel, and that's no lie.

I don't think it should be banned. I think that there needs to be more enforcement of existing laws requiring motorists to drive safely. Many people competently talk and drive at the same time. If it was banned that would pave the way for furhter legislation that takes away more freedoms. Cell phones are only one of the many distractions that bad drivers have. Fiddling with the radio, eating and drinking have all contributed to their fair share of accidents. If unsafe drivers were given tickets instead of introducing yet more ineffective and ignored legislation maybe you wouldn't see so many accidents waiting to happen.

i'd be contained in the minority, yet I do imagine cells should be banned. palms loose gadget or no longer, human beings pay little interest to the line, the regulation or the different vehicles round them at the same time as texting or thinking a cellular telephone verbal replace. The punishment i'd advise will be a minimum of as extreme as if someone runs a purple mild - perhaps even more advantageous harsh at first to get human beings to quit utilising phones at the same time as utilising. ...yet I might want to factor out that I also imagine human beings might want to might want to take and bypass an wide driver preparation route (in the back of the wheel education and sorting out etc.,) each and every time they renew their license. Heaven forbid that human beings pay interest to the line at the same time as utilising and the right thanks to rigidity more advantageous than once of their lives (in a lot of cases at age 15!). i imagine street rage and extreme injuries would nicely be a great deal decreased if human beings merely paid interest and were more advantageous educated drivers.
