I think experience is definitely preferred over book knowledge when it comes to getting a job. I suggest working for awhile and then go back to school for additional education.

One without the other is considerably less than both.

How far can you go in your car if it has no wheels but has a fantastic engine? What if it has no engine but some awesome wheels? They are both required parts of the whole or you go nowhere.

You need both and there's no reason you can't start gaining experience while you pursue graduate study.

You should do both.Especially if you are single with no children.

What is your degree in?

Can you work while you do your postgrad work?
