So I'm connecting my hope computer to my company's VPN and also outlook exchange.However It's downlaoding all my e-mails from the server and not synchronizing......just deleting them from the main server.
How do I get it to synchronize? I know there is a way, because I did it to my lap top.....but that was long time ago..... Help!!! hahaha....
Keep in mind this is an exchange server account...not your typical pop 3... I don't have the option to click the check box that states "Keep e-mail on server" like a pop 3 accoutn does.

Your mail has been set for delivery to a Personal Folder File. Change the delivery location to your Mailbox and it will remain on the server. If you need a local copy as well, enable cached Exchange mode.

Well if its exchange and your using Outlook and your not using POP3 then it should keep your email if its downloading sounds more like POP3 cause IMAP doesnt work that way. But i will email you!
