Mr bean all of them ths is because of his quiet sense of alienated life, bean is a legend and he also starred in;
johnny engish as a spoof bond film this is an amazing film for its humour and he speaks!
Hot Fuzz is amazing as it has jokes n a serious matter
Run fat boy run has alot of jokes and shows true life problems ans how to overcome things by having a laugh
lastly Bruce almighty as this film is about a loud and wacky man who want to get an anchor but becomes god by doing this.

The Gods must be crazy, Charlie Chaplin's movies like 'The kid', 'The dictator', etc, are the best comedy movies ever.

Sure, there are really other superb comedy actors like Jim Carrey, Adam Sandler, Mike Myers, Ben Stiller, who contribute fantastic comedy movies too..!
