America is not what it was 60 years ago. Today, America is a force to be reckoned with, but she is no longer the role model of the rest of the world. Please, don't take this wrong. But with pressure and criticism form the international community, can you still take pride in the words "I am an American?"

Everyday I thank God for the country I live in. A place where at least I know I am free. I don't think this is the fall of an empire, but a realignment of nations willing to stand for the same freedoms we as Americans often take for granted. We may not always like every president or political party in our country, but we as Americans decide our own fate.

The one most important thing that you have to realize is that most Americans are very proud. Like myself for instance, if you want a good as s beatin, burn my flag infront of me. These colors dont run! No, I do not agree with alot of stuff that my government does. But does not affect my feelings about the fact that I live in the best country in The World!

I'm proud to be myself no matter what country owns the piece of land I'm currently on.

Sure I'm proud of America and it's achievements, but honestly......there is a lot lately that makes me not so proud of America.....actually, I should say there is a lot lately that makes me not so proud of American's choice of leaders.

absolutely, completely and there's a flag flying at my house every day.

Don't ever think the power of the people is lost. That is why our brothers and sisters are fighting right now, even though the current administration is fulla shiite, don't let that damage your opinion of our great country.
