Cat's in the Cradle by Harry Chapin.

Every time I hear it, I bawl my eyes out. The whole maturation of a boy into a man, as seen through his father's eyes is such a moving story. Coupled with the dad's regrets about how he made mistakes rearing his son, but ultimately, his son's love never waivers and he grows up to be just like his dad. I'm tearing up just writing this.
