You need 3 things, a brick, a tube sock, and a live chicken.
First place the brick in the tube sock.
Second, twist tthe brick around in the tube sock making it tighten up.
Third, beat the chicken senseless with your brick/ tube sock contraption.
Upon proper completion of this you will become immortal.
P.S. If you manage to kill the chicken you can eat his brain to gain all knowlage the chicken ever had.

Here's how you do it:
Stick your head so far up your fanny that it comes out your mouth, then pull yourself completely through. Then voila! You're immortal.
You can use a butter knife, but shoe horn works better.
