You are feeling too much pressure.
Things aren't going well and you hit 30!
For me it was 31 for some reason.
Think about what you can do better, don't get down on the age thing, and work at it.
Steady progress works better than a one night wonder.

I am at my age of 20 and I have the fear of not being successful thinking about my future and especially for my future family. If I would be at the age of 30 and would still not be successful, Id rather not marry, I will stay single and would do my best to reach the success as I would define (could be financial stability) before I will enter into a new world to give them the best of tomorrow. But dont worry, for many, 30 is not yet too late. You could be a late bloomer. Well at my age, I am not yet successful too but TRYIng to be one.

Success is a relative term. what do you consider a success? A salary of 6 figures, a nice mansion to live in? What? Some of the poorest people in the world consider themselves rich in spiritual things while owning little material wealth.

I would think that would depend on how you define success now wouldn't it?
